Packaging and Delivery
Delivery Times
Your print/canvas print will be delivered within approximately 7 days of your order. Delivery will be by our courier who can deliver to any address in the UK. Normal delivery hours are weekdays 9am to 5pm and a signature is required upon receipt.
Delivery Costs
Courier delivery including postage and packaging is included in the prices listed.
Delivery outside the UK
Costs of delivery to countries outside of the UK will need to be calculated before you place an order. You will be responsible for paying all applicable duties. For more information please contact us by email or telephone.

What if I am not happy with my print/canvas print when it is delivered?
We want you to be delighted with any picture you buy from Pinklilly. We guarantee to exchange or refund any items you are not completely satisfied with. All we ask is that you return the picture in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the picture. Full instructions on how you can do this will be supplied with your picture.
What if my picture is damaged when it arrives?
In the unlikely event that this happens, we will replace or refund any items that do not reach you in a satisfactory condition.
