All images on this site are the copyright of Gillian Shaw at Pinklilly Photography. Their sale is restricted to private use and they cannot be printed, copied, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without the written consent of Gillian Shaw.

Once you have ordered your pictures on the Pinklilly Photography Website or by telephone, you are committed to their purchase. Pinklilly Photography does not hold a stock of items and produces to order.

We guarantee to exchange or refund any items you are not completely satisfied with. All we ask is that you return the picture in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the picture. Full instructions on how you can do this will be supplied with your picture.

Goods or services must be ordered using your correct name, address and other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit or debit card details. You must ensure that you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to Pinklilly Photography and when you use that card that it has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply with the data protection laws applicable to the UK. When you order we need to know your name and address, delivery address (if different) and credit/debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and obtain payment. We also ask you for your telephone number so that we can contact you easily if required. If you order through our website we will ask for your email address so that we can acknowledge your order.

Pinklilly Photography reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement, prices and availability from time to time, and post a new version on this website. The new version or changes will take effect from the day of posting on the site.

Sales are governed by English Law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions.
