What if I am not happy with my print/canvas print when it is delivered?
We want you to be delighted with any picture you buy from Pinklilly. We guarantee to exchange or refund any items you are not completely satisfied with. All we ask is that you return the picture in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the picture. Full instructions on how you can do this will be supplied with your picture.
What if my picture is damaged when it arrives?
In the unlikely event that this happens, we will replace or refund any items that do not reach you in a satisfactory condition.
Can I use the images on the Pinklilly website?
The copyright to the pictures belongs to Gillian Shaw at Pinklilly Photography and cannot be copied or used elsewhere.
Are the pictures limited editions?
No, all Pinklilly images are open edition.
Will my print/canvas print be the same image I see online?
Images may vary depending on the size ordered due to scale and proportion. Images on the website are loaded in a low resolution format. The product you receive will be of much higher quality.
Are any other sizes available?
This may be possible - if the option you require is not listed, please contact us and we will endeavour to organise your requirements.

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, when entering your personal details you will get an opportunity to say whether you would like your purchase sent to a different address from the registered card address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments to Pinklilly are made using the Paypal Payment System, you can use the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo.
We do not require that you have a PayPal account in order to make payments.
Is my transaction secure?
Yes, Pinklilly uses PayPal which is completely secure.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs will be calculated as part of your purchase. For a print £2.50 has been included in the final total and for a canvas print £10.00 has been included in the final total.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within the UK will be within approximately 7 days from when you place your order.
Do you sell overseas?
Yes, delivery costs will be calculated accordingly.
